A Pasadena native, our owner, Dave, started Evergreen with his wife, Tammy, back in 2004 with a simple mission inspired by the “Evergreen giants” in his life who demonstrated resiliency in the face adversity, hope, and strength. Since then, Evergreen has continued to grow in both the number of patients we serve and in our commitment to excellent, specialized, and relevant physical therapy care.

Physical Therapist – Orthopedics, Pediatrics

We are looking for a full-time, All Star Physical Therapist, who resonates with and can contribute to our team. Since we vest heavily in our staff culture, we want a candidate who has a long-term outlook. Like you we have our goals and we are willing to develop the right person to excel within our company. We will provide mentoring for new grads and we seek mentoring form the seasoned veterans. We are a host facility for APU’s Advanced Movement Fellowship and are honored to have at least one “fellow” in residence annually, along with their mentors. We all benefit from that rich culture of learning. They say a “rising tide lifts all boats”, and that is what we pursue here at Evergreen. THE IDEAL ALLSTAR CANDIDATE:

  • Licensed in good standing with the state of California and standard governing bodies.
  • Must be inspired to work in a collaborative environment providing solutions in a diverse conditions of orthopedics, sports, dance, pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s/ men’s health, concussion management, neuromuscular and vestibular, sports and conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, and athletic training.

  • Training or certifications in DNS, Movement-Links, MSI, ATC, PNF, Manual Therapy a plus.

Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Must demonstrate manual, exercise, functional training, and movement science skills pertinent to patient plans of care and regulatory guidelines.
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to assist primary clinician with aspects of the patient care episode ensuring details don’t slip through the cracks. These may include participation in outcomes surveys, graduation day planning, testimonial or success story curating, communications with referrers and 3rd party entities as needed.
  • Must be solution, not complaint oriented, proposing solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Must be able to follow our practice’s system of documentation in patient record – EMR with efficiency.
  • Must have agreeable communication skills, adaptable to the needs of the moment.
  • Must have capacity to participate in community events or education that we provide our town.
  • Must foster a professionalism, work well with others, be friendly, and super respectful.
  • Must ensure each patient’s “wow” experience.
  • Must be self-aware, conscientious and work with “how can I help out?” attitude.
  • Education in DNS, Movement-Links, MSI, manual skills a plus.

Physical Therapy Aide

Our aide is a self-motivated, cheerful and very organized individual with a college degree preferred, but not required. This is a role for someone with a strong interest in a health-related field, and a desire to apply to a PT or other health services graduate degree program. Our ideal candidate is seeking a full-time role, however, for an exceptional candidate, we are willing to be flexible and may consider a part-time position. An exceptional candidate must have excellent customer service skills and past clinic experience supervising patients with therapeutic exercises. We are looking for a minimum commitment of one year. This position requires adaptability and the willingness to work evenings until 7:30 PM and the occasional Saturday.

Aide tasks may include:

  • Hospitality with checking in/out patients
  • collecting payments
  • scheduling patients
  • Team support with faxing / copying
  • inventory
  • laundry
  • light office cleaning
  • cleaning and maintenance of clinical equipment
  • data entry
  • Shredding
  • Community relations with assistance in running community workshops set up / take down, greeting.
  • assist with weekly thank you letters to patients and referrers
  • assist with client graduations / curating stories / obtaining permissions.
  • assist with appointment reminders, cancellation follow ups
  • participate in weekly Wednesday morning staff meetings,
  • patient welcoming services
  • Hard work ethic and proactive attitude assisting clinical staff with treatment flow, space and equipment preparation.
  • direct work with clinicians to include observation and learning of exercise and treatments being performed.

Compensation for the aide position starts at minimum wage. A full-time position includes health and retirement benefits. If you have the ability and desire to be an “all-star” PT-aide, perform your tasks well, be conscientious, demonstrate open-mindedness, and prove to be an asset to the clinic, you will receive increased pay, increased responsibility, better tasks, and the ability to use us for references and recommendations in academic pursuits.

Front Office Receptionist/ Clinic Hospitality

Our receptionist must be an empathetic, caring, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, cheerful and very organized individual with a pleasant disposition. Our ideal candidate must be seeking a full-time role, however, for an exceptional candidate, we are willing to be flexible and may consider a part-time position. We are looking for a minimum commitment of one year. This position requires adaptability and the willingness to work evenings until 7:30PM and the occasional Saturday.
