How Do I Know If My Exercise Routine is Adequate?

While it's true that any exercise is better than no exercise at all, the amount and intensity of the exercise does matter when you're trying to achieve certain physical goals. So, how do you gauge the right amount of exercise that will start helping you reach your activity goals? The American College of Sports Medicine put out this infographic on Tips for Monitoring Aerobic Exercise Intensity that can help you do just that.

Core strength is important for dancers, but building that strength can also be helpful for the general population as well. Here are some examples of ways to strengthen your core beyond doing crunches and sit ups. 

Yoga Flows
