Chrystal grew up in LA but has trained and practiced throughout the United States. She loved practicing competitive gymnastics in Pasadena starting from the age of 4 throughout college. During university, she worked as a student athletic trainer for the Division I Gymnastics and Swimming & Diving teams in UCLA’s Sports Medicine Internship Program and was president of the Club Gymnastics team. With time, she developed an appreciation for the struggles facing older adults while working in between her studies as a caregiver for seniors with disabilities. She enjoys sharing knowledge about the human body and learning from her patients’ personal experiences trying to heal from pain. She loves spending time with family, drinking good boba, reading, and trying any and all new sports, from pickleball to surfing.
