Our yoga program is centered around biomechanics and injury prevention. Every one on one session is structured to the interests of each individual. Although most people associate yoga with the physical poses, we are pleased to also offer guidance and knowledge on breathing techniques, meditation, and even the philosophy of yoga. If you are nervous about returning to your yoga practice after injury we can help you learn to modify poses as needed and give you the close eye of a skilled instructor. Perhaps you are a beginner and wonder if you’ve been doing the poses with poor form? Spending a few hours with an experienced instructor can give you the confidence needed to advance forward.
